For your seed to come alive you need to water it, and provide the conditions it needs to thrive, and this happens when all of you comes alive.
I stand by your side, one step at the time, as you discover the path back to your seed.

Possibility coaching is the space for you to find what you want, what is in the way of being there, and journeying step by step towards the life you want to live. I offer those spaces for individuals and also couple session.

“The bottom of every communication is Love.”
A courageous conversation is a held space, in which you share with someone else, what is in the way for intimacy to happen. I hold space for you to go through the jungle of what is between you and the other person, to be able to meet again, in a clear space.

During an Emotional Healing Process you heal what is incomplete from your past, to free up space in yourself to be in the present and create from the now. As you heal your past you will keep growing into adulthood. As an adult you can create, take responsibility, choose, declare, ask, change your mind, and a lot more…

You might want something different in your life, but you keep getting the same results. This might be because you, as an individual, have access to a limited amount of resources and possibilities. I've been through two emotional healing processes with Rita this past week and want to let you know that she's got a real knack for holding space for EHPs.
